This is a short-term legal project where our attorneys will provide counsel regarding the formation of your non-profit corporation. It includes the drafting and filing of the Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State, drafting of an Operating Agreement, and securing your Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN). Anticipated project timeline is 7-10 business days.
After your non-profit corporation has been formed at the state level, our attorneys will then prepare your 501(c)3 filing with the federal gofernment.
Government Filing Fees will be billed separately.
